I started out as an artist manager in Hamburg. Over time it became clearer and clearer what really matters to me when working with talents, and where I wanted to go my own way. That thought is exactly what Janina Reich Agency grew out of in 2022: an agency that stands for trust, honesty and real collaboration as equals.
From the start, one thing was clear to me: management has to stay personal. We want to truly know our talents, their content, their goals, their next projects and whatever is going on in their lives right now. No one-size-fits-all approach, but a management that thinks along and grows with each of them.

A trained European executive assistant, Paula supports the finance and administrative side, from invoicing and invoice checks to payments, reminders and preparatory bookkeeping. With her open and cheerful nature she makes sure Janina and Adriana have their backs free for the creative and strategic work.
