In short: this website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising services and loads nothing from third parties. We only process data when you write to us, and then only to reply to you.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the pages, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the page visited before. This data is not merged with other data sources and serves solely the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

3. Contact form

When you write to us via the form, we process the details you provide there (for example name or handle, email address, brand or agency and your message) in order to handle your request and in case of follow-up questions. The message is received on our hosting provider's server and forwarded to us by email. We do not pass this data on without your consent.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your request is aimed at a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering requests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The data stays with us until you ask us to delete it or the purpose of storage no longer applies. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.

4. Contact by email

When you write to us by email, we store your request with the personal data it contains in order to handle your matter. Our mailboxes are operated by Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) as part of Google Workspace. Emails you send us are processed there. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR respectively.

5. No cookies, no analytics, no external content

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts, images and videos are stored on our own server and are not loaded from third parties. The links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn are plain links without embedded plugins. Only when you click one of these links do you leave our website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

6. Encryption

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise it by the lock symbol in your browser's address bar. Data you send us cannot be read by third parties this way.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information free of charge about the data stored about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Insofar as processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. Insofar as processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you can object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation. Simply contact the email address given above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for us is the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
